Who is Tiktus?

My name is Lars – self-taught artist, book author (Pouring Art) with a fantastic following on YouTube.
With liquid acrylic paints I create extraordinary works of art, colorful, lively and absolutely unique.

I only got into painting in 2017. Inspired by Jackson Pollock’s action paintings, I started my own experiments, but I didn’t want to copy him. I simply used his style and developed my very own approach from it.

The result is – The One!

The following year, I discovered the liquid painting technique of acrylic casting by chance. Fascinated by the many possibilities, I started my own YouTube channel in November 2018 – Tiktus color Art. I love manipulating colors with different methods, it’s pure creativity.

In 2019 I wrote a book about acrylic casting and so far (as of December 2023) over 840,000 people worldwide already follow me.

2021 I have fulfilled my dream and work in my own studio in the heart of Pettenbach/Upper Austria.

2023 The acrylic pouring online course starts – I now explain this painting technique to you in short, easy-to-understand video lessons.
